I ran into this problem when I went to pl28, and found the -l option to patch quite useful. At thay time, someone complained to Larry, and he found the culprit. Someone's BITNET mailer was converting the tabs. Nice of it, eh? This time, I got the patched via ftp, and there's no problem. So it's not larry's fault. Does anybody have any clever ideas on how to get the patches through the Net without getting them munged? Marc
