[comp.lang.perl] S_IFIFO undefined as of PL44?

As of Patch 44, I am suddenly getting a error indicating that

	S_IFIFO is undefined in eval.c

while it appears to be defined in perl.h.  I am confused.

Compiling on an ISI Optimum 20 (sort of BSD 4.3ish).
