I just got a copy of perldb.el for my GNU emacs, and it seems to run fine, EXCEPT: perldb.el is not showing my perl source code in the other window. Even when I make the perl source be in the other window, perldb.el is not marking the current line with a "==>". Does anyone out there have any hints?

From: Ted Stefanik <ted@evi.com> perldb.el is not showing my perl source code in the other window. Even when I make the perl source be in the other window, perldb.el is not marking the current line with a "==>". One possibility is that your perldb.pl does not support Emacs interaction. Check for these lines at the top: # modified Perl debugger, to be run from Emacs in perldb-mode # Ray Lischner (uunet!mntgfx!lisch) as of 5 Nov 1990 Dale Worley Compass, Inc. worley@compass.com -- The US is the only nation to progress from barbarism to decadence without passing through civilization.
