[comp.lang.perl] where is timelocal.pl?

Does anyone have a copy of timelocal.pl as described on page 401 in the
book?  I have the following version of perl:

   This is perl, version 3.0
   $Header: perly.c,v 3.0.1.10 91/01/11 18:22:48 lwall Locked $
   Patch level: 44

but the timelocal.pl file is missing from both the MANIFEST file and
the lib directory.  If someone has it could you mail it to me or
give me a pointer to a uucp site?
