What is a .ph file? Where do they come from? My sensors detect no such files in the vicinity of my Perl distribution. Am I hallucinating? It's a translated C-to-perl include file. It doesn't come with your system because you have to make it yourself from your own system's include files, probably using h2ph, which IS in the distribution. --tom
