...builds with no problems if you have /bin ahead of /bsd43/bin in
your path. This is with cc2.11 on a Risc/os 4.52 RC6280.
I built an optimized (-O -Olimit 10000) binary that passes make test.
Note that attempting to build in the bsd43 environment is an
interesting exercise, but ends up losing the sem, msg, and shm
features that you get with a sysv perl.
