[comp.lang.perl] perl quick ref card

harrison@necssd.NEC.COM (Mark Harrison) (04/16/91)

Where can I find a copy of Johan Vromans perl quick reference car?
I tried archie and "the usual place", but couldn't find it.
Has this quick reference been updated for version 4?

*Please* don't tell me it's with the perl distribution and I'm
just too stoopid to see it. :-)

Thanks in advance. Due to circumstances beyond my control, our
mail is pretty badly munged at present. Please reply to
harrison@csl.dl.nec.com.

The 3.044 version posted last year is actually very close to 4.0, more
close than the 4.0 version that comes with the book.

An "updated" 4.x version is in the works, but will take some time due
to space problems. I need to either strip a lot, or extend it with
another 4 pages.

Stay tuned.

Seconded! (thirded? fourthed? ...) I've placed PERL everywhere, and the quick
ref card is my constant companion - I can't really fit the Camel book in my
pocket, but the QRC *will* fit even with 4 extra pages (...I've got large
pockets...:-). PLEASE don't cut stuff out... or maybe you could have an
abridged version of the QRC for those with small pockets...
