Please allow me to ask a question based on not knowing much :-) Could a person use the PERL language to write an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) client? I figure if GNU Emacs can do it, PERL should be able to do it better, no? Has anyone already done it? Got any suggestions? Just testing the waters of PERL.... jew@sunquest.com Confucious say...
