I wrote a perl program for a colleague of mine to run on his IBM AT clone (80286, 2MB RAM, 40MB Hard Drive) under DOS 3.3. This program uses a lot of memory so it eventually bombs out under DOS. Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the amount of memory perl can use in this situation? He is willing to invest around $1K in hardware if that will fix this problem. -Keith Lewis "Wow! You mean I can call the same file by two *DIFFERENT* names under Mac OS version 7?" -Person befuddled by mice with more than one button.
