[comp.lang.perl] "No memory" message in op/dbm test

I get "No memory" messages printed to stderr during the op/dbm test in
perl4.  The same thing happenss at patchlevels 3, 9 and 10.  Is this
normal?  If not, why does the test still pass?

(This is HP-UX 7.0 on an HP 9000/370.)
