I believe the answer to all three questions is NO.

Islam is the religion of Peace. The Qur'an is most emphatic in its
prohibition of unprovoked acts of aggression. See below for references.
Also Islam is the religion of the Freedom of Expression! Let me explain.

There are only two situtations when Muslims are permited to wage war:

1) When they (or those under their protection) have been attacked.
2) When they are being denied the right to communicate The Message.

After this only peace remains.
