 * Aims: 
 *          This Seminar aims at encouraging Muslim researchers in the field
 *          of information technology to share and exchange information and
 *          experience and to discuss the launching of an I.T. Society.
 * 
 * Contributions:
 *          The organisers invite contributions for the programme. In particular
 *          posters, systems demonstrations and papers are welcome.  A synopsis
 *          of at most one A4 page should be submitted to the Secretariat by 
 *          19 April 1991.
 *
 *          The following list of headings provide a guideline to the topics on
 *          which contributions are particularly solicited:
 *              .   Education.
 *              .   Communications.
 *              .   Library systems.
 *          The coverage of the Seminar will not be limited to a specific area
 *          of information handling technology.

 * Deadlines:
 *          Receipt of synopses .........................19 April 1991
 *          Notification of provisional acceptence ......15 May 1991
 *          Receipt of typescript for final review ......16 August 1991.

 *          The Seminar programme together with registration and accommodation
 *          booking forms will be available from the Secretariat and sent on
 *          request.
