Mark Schlatter, owner of Parachutes & Associates, is running for mid-eastern conference director, and is urging jumpers to write-in your name. But I had already sent in my ballot when I got his newsletter. I heard a rumor from a DC-3 cargo pilot who used to fly jumpers in the 60's. He said that back in the 60's you had to "do a line" off of some bald guys' head in order to be in the "inner circle" of skydiving. Any substance to what this pilot said?
