i am looking for archival backup software for use with an 2Gb-per-tape
8mm Exabyte. any pointers would be appreciated.

this doesn't have to be public domain. we are willing to look at anything.

(for you folks at new mexico state: we already have your stuff, we just
want to look at some alternatives. :-)

There is the Delta Microsystems budtool software which has what you are
looking for. I am just starting to look at it now. If you do take a look
I would also be interested in your comments.
