I'm looking for a PD or share-ware forms package, i.e. a package using curses or termcap to set up forms on an ascii terminal, to allow a user to enter structured data in a manner to filling out a form on a paper. This kind of stuff is commercially available for PC's (I guess) but so far I haven't seen anything like this for unix systems. suntools, X-windows, or NeWS based solutions are of course also of interest.
