It is also probably available via uucp from osu-cis. `groff' is written in C++, so you will need a C++ compiler implementing version 2.0 or later. g++ 1.37.1 or later is recommended. Oh yeah... from the README.. this is the GNU groff document formatting system. It includes implementations of troff, pic, eqn, tbl, and the man macros, and drivers for PostScript, TeX dvi format, and typewriter-like devices. Also included is a version of the Berkeley me macros and an enhanced version of the X11R4 xditview. You will also want to obtain the file "groff.diff-0.3-0.3.1" since groff is at version 0.3.1 now.
