AT 11:16 PM EST +/- 2 min I heard a very pronounced Sonic Boom in my backyard, just north of Indianapolis. I rushed in to see if the shuttle was landing and I couldn't find out anything on the idiot box. Later I heard that it had landed but I didn't hear the time. Is it possible that I heard Challenger returning? That is the only sonic boom that I have heard in the 4 years that I have been in this part of the country.
