Does anybody have a copy of the 'C' source code for Xlisp or know where I can obtain such a file. THankyou ! ! !

I have it. I am not sure which version I have (I know it is at least 1 1/2 years old). Included in the source is an "editor" which I wrote as a class project at Univ. of S. Carolina. It is, of course, in seperate files and need not be included. It was designed to use very little memory since Xlisp uses a tremendous amount already.
