Is there a Unix version of EDT hiding somewhere?

I have a catalog from Braintree Technology Corp which lists a product called EDT+ which may be what you want. At one time some of the users in our department (the ones dragging their feet over learning vi :-) were asking for something like this. According to the blurb, it implements "all the features of VAX EDT for Unix/Ultrix and MS-DOS including GOld-key editing, user-defined keys, disaster recovery, command, macros, on-line help, extended ASCII character set, and keypad, nokeypad, and line modes." When I called (a year ago) they had ports for DEC 5820, 5810, 5000, DEC/VAX 3100, 785. They may have others. I have not used the product. As of last year, their address was: Braintree Technology Corp 600 Cordwainer Drive Norwell, MA 02061-1619 (617) 982 0200 PHONE (617) 982-8076 FAX -- ------------------------------------------------------------- Andrew M.
