Check the comp.sources.unix archives for the "zmodem" package in volume 12. Check also the directory pd3:<misc.zmodem> on wsmr-simtel20.army.mil. As for kermit, check watsun.cc.columbia.edu. You probably could have located all of this for yourself by telnet'ing to quiche.cs.mcgill.ca, logging in as "archie" with no password, and then typing "prog zmodem" or "prog kermit".
