Hello. I am looking for source code for any (good/fast) random number generator that will produce floating point values in the interval [0.0,1.0). Something along the lines of drand48(3C) on SYSV would be great. This is for a portable C VLSI CAD program that will run on SYSV and BSD (DYNIX) based machines. Thanks in advance for any directions.
