I am looking for the source code to the "shar" utility. Can some king soul out there give me a hand? John Ho john@iex.com

See the "cshar" package in volume 15 of the comp.sources.unix archives. If you have anonymous ftp access, you can get to the comp.sources.unix archives on uunet.uu.net. If you don't, you can use bitftp@pucc.princeton.edu to get to them indirectly. Send a message containing "help" to that address for more information. It is usually a good idea to check the indices of the various main source newsgroups before posting a source request to the net. The files /comp.sources.unix/index, /comp.sources.misc/index, and /comp.sources.x/index on uunet contain up-to-date indices. -- Jonathan Kamens USnail: MIT Project Athena 11 Ashford Terrace jik@Athena.MIT.EDU Allston, MA 02134 Office: 617-253-8085 Home: 617-782-0710
