[alt.sources.wanted] AutoCad .dwg to hpgl converter

The subject says it all, I am looking for a program that will convert
an AutoCad .dwg file to a hpgl, or other format that I can import into
Island Paint, or FrameMaker.  I know I can do this with AutoCad, but I
don't have local access to it.
