[comp.sys.m88k] lda instruction

I'm working on an instruction scheduler for the 88k and was wondering
when the destination of an lda instruction becomes available.  I know
that the data unit is tied up for three cycles, but is the result 
available after one cycle ?  Is that what "No Access" means in Table 7-3
of the MC88100 Users Manual?
