I normally do not read this newsgroup, but a friend of mine was looking for
some information and asked me to post the following message for her:

        My name is Dr. Diane Gayeski from Ithaca College, NY, and I am very
 interested in information on instruction design for a publication I am
working on.  I want to know what people's experiences have been while working
with "content experts" while doing instructional designs.  In particular,
any methods or strategies used when dealing with content experts.  If
