The launch of the Discovery has been put off, from 12 June, to no earlier than 17 June, due to a potential problem with two of the four satellites to be launched during the mission. The problem is in an antenna positioning mechanism, and NASA decided to replace the mechanisms on both affected satellites rather than risk a defect developing in space. Discovery is to be moved to the VAB on Tuesday. An hour later, Atlantis will be towed to the OFP, where it will begin undergoing preparations for its 26 September maiden voyage.
