I just HAD to reply to this. Having had the very unfortunate experience
of working as a sales drone for Rat Shack, let me explaing about the
damand for phone numbers: One day all sales people were required to drive
105 miles to Dallas, in the evening, on our own time, to attend an ass
chewing session with the DM (district manager). We were told we would get
at least 90% phone/address or we would be fired.
Radio Shack does care for their customers, but their sales people are
frequently treated like shit. Summary: Don't work there.
I personally, hope this posting makes me permanently unemployable by
R/S in sales.
BTW: If you want to heare some very funny tales of working behind the
counter at R/S, drop me a note.
