[comp.os.os2] Talking to a net driver

harish@guille.ece.orst.edu (Harish Pillay) (10/19/89)

I would like to get any suggestions on how I can write/read from the
device drivers that are loaded when you load in LanMan. I've got a
Western Digital WD8003E running with LanMan and in my protocol.ini
file, there are 3 devices defined: protman$, mdlc$, and macwd$. I
can open a handle to mdlc$, but how can I write or read to that device?

I don't have documentation on DosDevIOCtl calls to such a device. Anybody
with any suggestions/pointers?

Thanks for any response.
