I am at a loss to understand why Microsoft supplies a Hercules driver for
Windows, but not for OS/2 PM. I would think that if they know how to do it
for Windows, then they know how to do it for PM. I called Microsoft, and
they said Hercules was doing it. I called Hercules, and they confirmed that
they were, indeed doing it, but didn't know when it would be ready. They
took my name and address, and promised to tell me when it would be available.
That was four or more months ago.
In the mean time, I sit and watch the world go by. I just shot my proverbial
wad upgrading to a 386, and don't have any money left to move up to an EGA or
VGA in order to run PM. Can anyone supply a public domain Hercules monochrome
device driver. I have IBM OS/2 version 1.1.
