Despite problems with ground hydraulic support, the countdown for the Challenger's Monday launch (set for 1523 EDT) is to begin on time Saturday at 0900 EDT. Pumps that remove air from hydraulic fluid failed Thursday and set launch crews two shifts behind schedule, but NASA believes they can catch up in time for the launch to go off as planned. If not, a hold will be called, and the launch delayed until Tuesday.
