AL> I have on my system 3 COM ports. Using DOS diagnostics, all 3 ports are functioning. However during OS/2 bootup, only COM1 and COM2 are detected. What have you got to do to make COM3 recognized. BTW, the PC that I am using is an 386 AT compatible. I believe currently, OS/2 only supports COM1 and COM2 on an AT computer. I think it picks up COM3 on an PS/2. There are a few third party device drives that can add quite a number of COM ports. AL> In the Control Panel, there is a parameter for controlling the duration of an application logo. What is this LOGO in the PM concept and how can I create it for my application ? Some programs display a logo, when they first come up. Something like the program name in large print, and sometimes the copyright notice. It sould be documented in the OS/2 Toolkit. -- Kenneth Neal - via FidoNet node 1:140/22 UUCP: alberta!dvinci!weyr!110!69.0!Kenneth.Neal Internet: Kenneth.Neal@p0.f69.n110.z1.FIDONET.ORG Standard Disclaimers Apply...
