[comp.os.os2] Future versions of OS/2 and Dialog Manager

I have understood that future "portable" versions of OS/2 (beyond ver. 2.0)
will support PM-programs only, and not the Vio, Kbd and Mou API's.  What about
Dialog Manager?  Will this be a part of the portable OS/2?
