My network at work includes over 10 SCO Unix boxes and one DECStation 5000 added recently. We can email between the SCO boxes no problem. We can email from the DECStation to the SCO boxes no problem. However, sending email from a SCO box to the DECStation is a dismail failure. As far as the SCO system is concerned the mail was handled properly. But, it never arrives at the DECStation. The SCO boxes are using the mmdf as supplied by SCO. The DECStation is using sendmail. What gives ??? Is the crippled mmdf supplied by SCO a problem ? Is there some mmdf configuration parameter I have screwed up ? I can't seem to find any error output to lead me in any direction, right or wrong. I hasten to add, I know just enough about mmdf to be dangerous. And even less about sendmail. -- Dr. Victor L. Rice Litwin Process Automation
