I fixed mine myself. The problem was in 2 parts; first there is a spring that actually ejects the diskette. In my drive this spring lost it's strength, so I replaced it with a new one. Second the transfer mechanism had some grease in a few places that was very thick and sticky, this made the spings job even more difficult. I removed the old grease and relubed it. now it works fine.
