[comp.sys.mac.hardware] Remapping keyboard

Is there a means of remapping the keyboard with ResEdit
etc. ?  Specifically, I have a standard Apple keyboard
and I want to remap the arrow keys so that the centre 
two keys are up/down and the extreme keys are left/right.

The present arrangement is 

			{left} {right} {up} {down}
I want to get

                        {left} {up} {down} {right}
