Hello, I have a two year old Mac 512ke. With the coming of the new system, I realized that I will have to upgrade this machine to a minimum of 2 Megs. However, I am confused as to whether I should just junk/sell my mac and start over with an SE/30 (or up) or try upgrading the memory on the 512Ke and work with that as long as I can. Since my budget is tight, I am really hesitant about getting a new mac. Also, I heard about a SIMMs adapter for the 512Ke. Has anyone else heard of his? Is it reliable, and better yet, is it worth it? I figure with a SIMMs adapter I can upgrade all the way up to 4 megs instead of just the 2 megs with available with Dove Macsnap upgrade. Thanks in advance Santosh HQYY@vax5.cit.cornell.edu
