[comp.sys.mac.hardware] questions on IIcx SIMMs

Hi - My dept. just purchased a Mac IIcx for my office, and I'm
interested in adding more memory to it ...
Is installing new SIMMs as easy as it appears - ie. I don't
see any jumpers or switches to mess with. Is it as simple as
plugging in the right number of sufficiently fast SIMMs?
(observing static e. precautions, of course)
There was some discussion of using 9bit SIMMs in IIci's
recently. Does the same apply to IIcx's? The circuit board
appears to support a 9th bit.
  Thanks for any information...
