[comp.sys.mac.hardware] use PC video mon and card w/ Color Quickdraw?

How feasible would it be to connect a PC video card to the SE/30 connector?
If a working interface is feasible, can you use Color QuickDraw just by 
writing the appropriate driver?  Would it then be software compatible with
all (most) programs?
