I'd like to know how I can make use of a generic multisynchronous monitor with my Apple 8-bit video interface. By generic I mean the types of monitors used with IBMs or workstations. As far as software, I have a CDEV that allows me to change the dimensions of my display area (in pixels). Will this help once I have the hardware problems straightened out? Also, how do I straighten out these hardware problems. i.e. if the monitor requires RGB inputs, is there a splitter available to change my video output to the compatible outputs? Do I have to build one? If anyone out there has licked this problem or knows how to do it, I would greatly appreciate your help in the form of email to sheinfel@eniac.seas.upenn.edu. Of course, replies will be summarized and posted right here. Thanks very much, Jason R. Haines Internet: sheinfel@eniac.seas.upenn.edu This is me and only me expressing opinions - not U of Penn!!!
