Here's an update of my problem with Jasmine.

Thanks to all who responed to my last posting.  The consenses is
that Jasmine has a problem with customer service.  My drive still
hasn't arrived.  I'll be ordering another from someone else in the
morning (I'm desperate!  I'll almost take anything that can be
delivered by Wednesday!)  Jasmine never called back to tell me the
status of my order like they said they would (I have answering
machines at both home and office).  Worst of all THEY ALREADY
CHARGED MY VISA!!!  They told me that they wouldn't charge until
the delivery date, but they went ahead and charged on the order
date.  And here I was hoping for a clean cancellation.  Maybe
the drive will be waiting for me when I get to work tomorrow,
but I'm not going to hold my breath.

By the way, I plan to forward the reponses I got from you all
to Jasmine (even the one semi-good response).  If anyone would
like to put in their two cents, send me e-mail by 12/22.  If anyone
has anything good to say about Jasmine customer service, send that
too!  I don't want to be accused of being biased.
