To make the Mac II CX 5 MB, are the original 4 256K SIMMs removed and placed in the empty banks or are the 1 MB SIMMS put in the empty banks and the 256's just kept where they were? Caglan M. As a rule of thumb,RAM BANK A always contains the HIGHEST DENSITY RAM chips.
