[comp.sys.mac.hardware] How to add ADB keyboard/mouse to Mac Plus?

Are there any adaptors out there that would let me use an ADB keyboard
and mouse with my Mac Plus?  The newer keyboards and mice are much
nicer than the ones that came with my Plus.  I'd like to use them, but
it's not economic to buy an SE or better just to accomplish this.
