Recently I came across hardware capable of 9600 baud Fax, 2400 Baud modem and a comprehensive voice mail system for the IBM PCs. It is sold for ~ $800. You can configure any of the 3 in any combination as daughter boards. It stores everything on the harddisk (20Meg) and runs on 640k under Dos 3.1 or above. It was reviewed recently in PC Magazine.
