After winning one battle in the long war of Macs vs. PeeCees, I am waiting for our AppleTalk PC board to arrive. We already have the PC and the LaserWriter II NT and would like to connect each other. The description given in the manual is sketchy at best. What pins should be connected to what? Just a simple 5 wires cable (Send, Receive, ground, DTS, DTR) seems to work for small files. However long files printed from inside MS Windows go to never-never land. Anybody has any clues? I hope the Macs get here soon, so that I can set up the LocalTalk connections and forget about the PC.
