We just got a Summagraphics graphics pad. It is quite nice, but I have one question: is there any way to truely take advantage of the 1000dpi resolution of such pads? It seems top me that most software limits you to the screen resolution of 72dpi. That is, no matter how far you are zoomed in, you can only move lines, etc., a pixel at a time. So, it seems to me that my pad may be getting 1000dpi, but my drawing package is seeing that rounded to 72dpi. Is this true? Can anything be done about it? -- Wayne Folta (folta@cs.umd.edu 128.8.128.8)
