Waterman) Well I can answer half of the Question. The Sony 1302 IS compatible with NTSC scan rates but I don't know about the 1304. I have used the 1302 with TrueVisions Nuvista to create NTSC multimedia presentations and it works great. -Jim

Waterman) I can guarantee you that the SONY 1302 is not compatible with NTSC. I am not sure about the SONY 1302B (modified for appropriate sizing when changing between Analog and Digital signals.)
