For anyone with a damaged head on their 800k drive, which is probably the most common problem, Soft Solutions, 907 River Rd, #98, Eugene, OR 97402 Tel 503/461-1136 now has a complete set of SONY upper/lower heads pre- mounted on the plastic arms, so there's nothing to align. They're selling them for $110 a pair, and also have unused 1.4 Meg drives and repair parts.
