Here are prices quoted to me by various mail order suppliers
of SIMMs for the Macintosh.
Important notes:
Companies are listed in no particular order.
There are mistakes in the listing. I just don't know where they
are. So don't you assume that any listing is correct.
Prices are for quantity one except where labeled in brackets.
MasterCard and VISA surcharges, if any, are noted where known.
Standard UPS shipping and COD charges apply, except as noted.
Prices are rounded to the nearest dollar, and are certain to change.
Most companies will give a dollar or two break on quantities 20 and up.
Many SIMMs come with a lifetime guarantee. Typically, that's
the life of the company, not the memory.
Many of the firms listed will bargain. For example, offer to do without
the installation kit provided, or offer to return your 256K SIMMs.
Or just offer less money.
