I have a 23" sony TV that can be used as a RGB monitor. I want to know if it is possible to hook it up to a IIci (directly or w/ video card). The owners manual doesn't say anything about refresh rates or resolution. The monitor has a male 34 pin RGB connector. The model number is: KV 25XBR. Also, would it be safe if i just plug the monitor and mac together to see if it works? would i just get a blank screen or would the TV and/or the mac get fried if it wont work? any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
