connect them and use at least one of them for printing with the Mac. After spending an evening of trying to make at least one of them to print at least an Edit 2.0 text (a Word 3.2 or 4.0 document would be better of course), the following is, what I found out: 1. Prism 132 by Integral Data Systems Inc. (New Hampshire) around 1981/2 The manual states that it can be connected to an Apple (I guess an Apple II) or an IBM. I tried to print on it with the DWP*Conn (DWP stands for Daisy Wheel Printer) and tried all possible combinations and all I've got was text garbled with printer commands. 2. Qume Speed II/55 Plus DWP*Conn has an option for the Qume Speed II, but all I've got was scrambled text with lots of ^^ instead of normal characters. The version of DWP*Conn we used is dated 1984. Are there any printer drivers available to print on at least on of the printers mentioned above? Any help greatly appreciated.../Michael P.S.: German umlaute would be nice, but not mandatory P.P.S.: Sorry for crossposting, followups are directed to comp.sys.mac.hardware. =====> Please answer by e-mail and I will summarize for the net <======= +---------------------------------------------------------------+ | Michael Rys, V.
